About me.

I'm deeply passionate about the profound connection between emotions and the body. Our unprocessed trauma can manifest as muscle discomfort, pain, or even illness. With certification from Psy2.0's psychosomatic school in 2019, I've been dedicated to using somatic practices as a powerful tool for healing.

In the same year, I achieved my 200-hour yoga certification, teaching Vinyasa and prenatal yoga since 2020. My personal practice is Ashtanga. In 2023, I delved into assisted stretching, witnessing remarkable results in improving posture, increasing joint mobility, and alleviating muscle tightness-induced pain.

Adding to my expertise, I obtained Emotional Trauma Recovery Coaching certification from the International Association of Emotional Trauma Recovery Coaching in 2023.
